Sales Director

We are looking for a Sales Director who is ready to take the lead of our Lithuania business — someone who enjoys building teams, driving results, solving real challenges, and shaping meaningful partnerships. This role is perfect for a leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on action, thrives in a matrix environment, and feels energized by creating growth. Your job duties will include:

Lead the business

  • Take full ownership of sales, profitability, and budget
    performance
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive business
    development
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key partners
    and customers

Lead the team

  • Guide and develop a team of approx. 15 talented
    colleagues
  • Set direction, provide clarity, support development
  • Build a culture based on trust, accountability, and
    collaboration

Lead daily operations

  • Ensure smooth running of the Lithuanian o ce
  • Solve operational issues with a hands-on, practical
    approach
  • Maintain compliance with internal and external
    standards

Lead through collaboration

  • Work closely with regional teams in a matrix
    organization
  • Align local execution with broader strategic goals
  • Participate in occasional business trips and represent
    the company externally

  • You have strong leadership experience and enjoy

  • You bring extended commercial background (B2B, sales,
    negotiations, BD)
  • You are confident in managing day-to-day operations
  • You thrive in a hands-on, solution-oriented working style
  • You communicate clearly, build trust easily, and enjoy
    teamwork
  • You feel comfortable in a matrix structure
  • You are fluent in English
  • You take full ownership — you don’t wait, you act
  • A strong advantage, but not a must: Experience in IT products or Consumer Electronics distribution indsutry
