Key Account Manager – B2B
Kaunas | Full-time
We are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to take full ownership of strategic B2B customers and drive growth across IT, MDA, and SDA categories. This role offers a high level of responsibility and autonomy, close cooperation with customers and vendors, and the opportunity to influence assortment, pricing, forecasting, and go-to-market execution. It is a strong fit for a professional who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on commercial action.
- Manage and develop key customer relationships and account strategies
- Deliver revenue, margin, and volume targets
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Drive sell-in and sell-out performance
- Manage assortments, product launches, and product lifecycle
- Lead forecasting and demand planning with customers
- Coordinate vendors and internal teams
- Plan and execute marketing activities and manage MDF budgets
- Analyze performance and prepare forecasts and reports
- Strategic role with ownership of key accounts
- Cooperation with leading international brands

- Remuneration starting from 4,000 EUR gross per month, depending on experience
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B Sales
- Background in IT products/CE, appliances, distribution, or related B2B industries
- Proven experience with strategic customers and complex commercial negotiations
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience working with retail and/or e-commerce customers
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or similar
- Lithuanian – fluent
- English – very good spoken and written
